"American Eagle promptly returned our call and set up an appraisal appointment for the next day They came on time and were willing to remove the tree the same day. The tree was cut down carefully with no damage to fences or plants. All debris from the tree was removed from our yard and carted away. ( Our tree was tall but had a narrow diameter.)"

"LA Tree Service called me and came out to give an estimate the next day. They were quick, professional, and very reasonable. A crew of six men came to remove a very large tree from my backyard. They hauled everything out and cleaned up nicely. I would definitely use this company again."

"Excellent! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, hard working, efficient. The crew and leader came right in, got right to work, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up thoroughly. I do not recommend a lot of services, but I highly recommend this one."

"We needed 4 very large trees on our property removed. Julio was extremely accommodating, as we were late getting back to our house for the estimate meeting. He was very knowledgeable, and was very detailed in his estimate. The pricing was also extremely competitive. We only ended up having two of the trees dropped, but the work was impeccable. Julio and his team were punctual, extremely well prepared and very professional. Both trees, stumps and all of the wood were removed in one day, and the cleanup was excellent. We are extremely satisfied with the work and will almost definitely contract them again in the future."

"I'm happy with the service. He was a good worker and I would use him again."

"Our Family initially reached out to JR Tree Services after the Nor'easter in March 2018. Right from the outset, the owner Jeff contacted us within 3 hours and left a message asking for us to contacted the office to set up an appointment to initial inspection and evaluation of area. As per Jeff's request, we contacted the Home Office sharing what had occurred, requested their services and an estimate for work to be performed. Michelle, the customer services specialist was extremely warm, attentive, sympathetic and professional. She completely understood the urgency of our situation, necessity to action quickly due to the most recent weather activity with the Tri-State area and stated would follow up with owner Jeff and to expect his call directly. As Michelle stated, Jeff contacted us within 15 minutes of the end of conversation. At the conclusion of our discussion, he stated an initial evaluation would be performed by him personally and estimate for required services provided at the earliest opportunity. True to his word, not only did he perform the initial evaluation within a most timely manner but the estimate provided which included stump removal from the property was most fair. Additionally, due to the importance and urgency to address, he adjusted his personal schedule to accommodate us. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to utilize JR Tree Services due to a miscommunication between providers and another vendor was selected. In closing, I highly recommend JR Tree Services to perform all your tree maintenance and removal services. I will personally utilize their services in the near future as necessary. To Jeff, Michelle and the JR Tree Services Team, thank you for all of your effort and the courtesy extended to my Family. Best, AKW"

"This crew is amazing!  My uncle needed to have a tree removed from our
backyard... I'm talking HUGE with many of the biggest limbs leaning over
our neighbors house.  He came over right away and gave a reasonably
priced quote.  I discussed it with my uncle and decided to go ahead and
use his services.  He removed this tree in two days, even with it being
some of the hottest days its been in a while!  His whole crew was
extremely kind and they made sure to clean up very carefully after they
were done. They even took a look at my broken car when they
noticed me filling my radiator with water!  We were thrilled with the
services this crew gave us and would recommend them to anyone.

"These guys are very punctual and professional. The quote was very competitive and fair. The crew arrived, started work immediately and finished the job quickly and cleaned up everything. Rene is a pleasure to work with and a real professional. If you need tree work I would defiantly recommend this company."

"The two man crew ensured, through communications with company management and with the homeowners, that they understood the job. Clean up was excellent. Price was very fair considering the time spent, initially, by the Arborist and by the two man crew."

"They came in with a big crew, got the job done quickly. They did ok. I asked them not to climb on my fence but they still did it"
