Get matched with top wood or fiber cement siding repair or partial replacement pros in Rockaway Park, NY

"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"Replaced gutters and fascia. They were able to work around our awnings which other contractors could not. Very professional. On time. Quality work. Definitely recommend."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"We are very pleased with the stoop repair and other cement fill. They were punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly and completely."

"I was very pleased with his work. All work completed in a timely manner. Very professional company and will hire them again with future cement work."

"Milestone did a very good job at repointing (removing the old, crumbling mortar and replacing it with fresh, new waterproof mortar). Mik is very professional and is fair in his pricing. Communication with him was never an issue. His crew are very nice guys who did an excellent job. The finished job did not look like someone fat-fingered the mortar into place. Instead, the mortar lines are straight and clean. I would absolutely hire Milestone again."

""A group of vinyl-siding panels warped in one concentrated area even though there was no grill, exhaust outlet, or other obvious heat source nearby. The distortion appeared during sunny afternoons and aligned with reflected light from a neighboring high-performance window. Panels outside that narrow path remained flat. The timing and shape of the damage helped separate it from ordinary installation buckling. Surface temperatures were documented during the period when the reflection crossed the wall. Replacing the affected siding with the same vinyl could have led to another failure. The owner selected fiber-cement lap siding for that limited elevation, using trim to create an intentional transition from the remaining vinyl. The distorted panels were removed, and the sheathing and weather barrier underneath were found undamaged. Furring created a drainage space and proper fastening base for the new material. The neighboring window was not altered as part of the siding project."

"After Hurricane Sandy, half of my mother's roofing shingles had blown off of her home as well as causing chimney damage and a water leakage problem from the chimney into the interior of her kitchen. After checking Angie's List for contractors, I hired City Wide Construction & Renovation.
After viewing the damage, Mr. Nadeem Mughal gave me a very good estimate for all of the repairs. His crew were always on time; they worked expeditiously and neatly and all were very respectful to Mom. Nadeem was a pleasure to speak with and was always courteous and professional with anything I asked of him. They matched the shingles as perfectly as they could, and the roof never looked so good.
They patched and repaired the leak coming into the kitchen which had caused damage to the wallpaper. After repairing the leak, they removed the damaged wallpaper; they supplied the wallpaper glue and then cut the portion of the wallpaper that Mom had saved, and patched that portion of the wall so well, that you cannot even see where the damage had been.
All three problems were beautifully repaired, and Mom and I are both very pleased. Nadeem guarantees all of his work for 5 years, and THAT alone says a lot about the contractor. I would highly recommend Nadeem and his men. Job well done.
