"Ted was wonderful.  He first came in late June or early July to take a close look at our current well water system, offered a number of options, and scheduled a reasonable appointment to do the work. The day he arrived, it was around 90 degrees, and the crawl space, not yet insulated or encapsulated, was a damp mess.  He rerouted piping to make it easier to service in the future.  He did the work by himself, and it took him from 9 to 5, with no break. We have had our new filtration system for several months now, and we are definitely happy with it. The only thing I needed to fix: one of the pex lines was a bit too close to the main boiler feed. I simply reinforced the support for that feed to create more separation.  I'll be calling Ted to replace the carbon in our filters every year or two, and I'll be happy to do it.  He's a gentleman and a hard worker. Any water filtration issues? Call the Clean Water Man. Seriously. Best in the business. <br />"

"Sima drilled the well for a home I builr in Middletown. The water quality was potable but had high salts, sulfer and iron - I was advised to have a new well drilled (not by Sima), they said, that might be the route to take, but we should try sealing off a couple hundred feet and draw water from a higher level and see if that improved the water quality - they handled everything professionally, answered all my questions and successfully remediated the qulaity of my well water. Would definitely recommend Sima - everyone there made me feel as though they were truly interested in helping me as cost effectively as possible. <br />"

"I called and got a call back within the 24 hours states in the message. They were able to come out quickly and take care of all work that was possible to do. They came within the allotted 2 hour window and were polite and cleaned up after they were done. They fixed the toilet and made sure it worked properly, made an adjustment as well as installed the new sink and faucet. We have an old tub with a old style lead pipe that clogs quickly. They tried to do a few things to help but didn’t want to damage the pipe. They are the only plumbers that gave an alternative to cutting a hole in my living room ceiling that would ruin antique plaster work. They suggested going through an adjacent closet. I will be calling them in the future to replace tub drain pipe."

They were like lightening (in a good way) and had the tank replaced in like 30 mins. These guys are GOOD !!! The water pressure was more than I thought the well could produce. Excellent job and very informative. They are true professionals !! I highly recommend them."
