"Wonderfully, organized and clean w decluttering. Very committed"

"The work was done completely, efficiently and properly. I will hire this company in the spring to sand and refinish some hardwood flooring!"

"Everything went great! Justin was very professional and his work was exceptional. I will hire him for any painting projects I have in the future!"

"Roldolfo responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our immediate timeline. He was always on time, very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. His skim-coating around two newly installed windows was terrific, and he was kind enough to repair a few additional anchor holes we added after he had begun. That being said, my husband and I fixed several deficiencies with the painting we only noticed after he had left. In a few places, it looked like only one coat of paint was used on the walls and the trim, as a few spotty areas still showed some of the plain white primer underneath – as if the rollers were not sufficiently loaded with paint. It produced a slightly splotchy, uneven appearance close up. We touched up some drips on the radiators too. Once we added another coat of paint ourselves, in specific places, it looks beautiful. My husband and I wanted the job finished ASAP so we could put all the furniture back, so we did it ourselves...although based on his responsiveness Rodolfo would likely have offered to fix the problem areas if we had requested it. Personally I would not hire them again, but if you need a job done very quickly, he’s capable."

"They did a great job, no fuss. We scheduled via email and then they emailed to let me know the work had been completed. From the cards they left, they also do window washing, and I may have them do that in the spring."

"We are very happy with Flawless Install’s work skills, business practices, pricing, clean-up and communication. We will definitely hire them for future projects."

"Eddie & Simon saved the day when a less than professional contractor not only did a poor job on installing our new our front stoop and walkway, but also did not complete the job. They showed up with tools in hand to assess the problem, identified all the issues and told us how they would fix them. We got estimates from four masons and chose Eddie & Simon as we felt they were not only knowledgeable but they were also honest, direct, and fair in their pricing. As it turns out, they even modified their schedule to squeeze our job in (including part of a holiday weekend) because we were on a deadline to complete the masonry before landscaping work could be finished. I agree with the prior reviewer who said not to worry about lack of paperwork (we sorted everything out via text msg) because Eddie & Simon are talented and nice guys who know their stuff and get the job done right!"

"Souza is fantastic! Our house needed both exterior carpentry repair and painting and internal painting. Souza did a great job on the inside painting, easy enough. But the trim all around the exterior of the house had some rot and needed to be replaced. Not all of it but a lot. We knew that there might be more rot than met the eye, so Souza gave me an estimate for what could be seen. Sure enough there were additional sections that needed to be replaced. Souza first showed me what they were, and what the incremental cost would be to get my approval before doing to work. The work spanned almost 2 weeks. They started each day at 8 AM, were totally unobtrusive (including having their own port-a-potty placed in my driveway), were quiet, no music, and cleaned up the job site entirely at the end of each day. Magnificent outfit, you'll be wise to choose them. Brian in Somerville"
