Corey was very professional during the repair and took his time to show me what options I had since the unit was over 20 years and the it was on it's last run. I decided to replace the unit and the crew (Brandon and Trip) show up on time and they were extremely courteous and professional during the installation. "Dominic did a great job explaining the process of batt insulation and product utilized. Very satisfied with presentation and signed contract. Installers arrived at scheduled time and stated work would take approximately 1 1/2 hrs.. Work was completed on time, installers cleaned up all excess batt that fell from attic opening. They also cleaned up driveway of any batt that fell from truck. Checked temperature approximately 3 hrs after batt installation and NEST thermometer read 77 degrees and ceiling also read 77 degrees. Prior to batt installation temperature varied approximately 2 degrees hotter than NEST thermometer. Very satisfied with overall work performed by installers and cleanliness. Would recommend to family and friends if they need to add any insulation. Would utilize Dominic and crew again if needed."
