Mr. Chavarria promised the Certificate of Compliance and on Oct. 14, 2017 told me that the engineer has already come to inspect the work and has submitted the paper work to Windstorm Ins. Assoc. Since I have called several times (12's). I keep receiving excuses that the engineer is very busy, the paperwork take time, the engineer has been out of the country, etc. The bottom line is that I do not have the Certificate of Compliance and I will be having problem with my Windstorm Insurance. I really trusted this company, but at this point I do not think they are worthy of my trust. Be careful when dealing with them."

We are a small company the consists of only three employees. We normally do all the work required on a jobsite unless a third party is required for other services we don't offer. We except most methods of billing procedures. Materials must me purchased by customer needed for the job. Customer will only be charged for labor or special materials mentioned in the job contract!
