"☆☆☆☆☆ dream team COMPANY! I had most contact with Julian throughout the job, but his partner and Electrician were JUST AS NICE. They had cloths on my floors, as they were in and out of my crawl space. They even left to get a particular component, specific for my install. No damage to home. There was no laughing or joking around. They were concentrated on install, measuring, calculating out loud between the three of them. No cussing or profanity, either. Julian was professional and explained everything to me, including why manual was left on unit, so when inspector came, it was there, as it couldn't be signed off without it. Thermostat looks great! He also knew a lot about furnaces, which is my next thing. *Beware of companies won't give you prices on ANYTHING and/or charge you estimate to come to your house... Another reason I picked PEAK HOME was their receptionists! Sweetest, most understanding ladies! If you need to install A/C, go with this company - definitely recommend!"

They partnered with Sub contractors for the rest and each sub contractor was excellent in their particular trade. If there was an issue it was corrected quickly. All the work completed was top notch. "It went well. It's just that the guy was kind of stubborn and wouldn't listen to us. When he was taking the toilet out, we just kept asking him to wrap the bottom in a trash bag. He was going, "Oh, it's fine. It's not going to leak. It's not going to leak." We kept giving him trash bag saying, "Please." He just ignored the trash bag and took it out to the curb and it just leaked toilet water all throughout the house. It was just him, his attitude. We kept trying to tell him to do it and he wouldn't listen. He goes, "I do this all the time. It's not going to leak." And then, when it leaked all over he is going, "Oh, that's clean water anyways. That's clean water." It was coming from the bottom of the toilet and you can't clean that part. It was $200 for the toilet, installing it and price of the toilet. He said it was additional $60 or $70 to install the water shut off valve. I thought the toilet was okay but the valve was over priced. He showed up on time."
