"We are very satisfied with our experience with using AE as our general contractor for the repairs to our house following the catastrophic hail storm that hit Fountain, Colorado on 13 June 2018, and would recommend them to anyone. They were doing the same work for a neighbor whose judgement I trust because, like me, he is very picky and exacting. Tony Turner offered to give us a free estimate, and we ended up signing a contract with AE. They are experienced in dealing with the insurance companies and inspectors. Tony was present when the USAA claims inspector came, and helped me make sure everything was completely documented. The initial settlement estimate from USAA was enough to cover all repairs, and we didn't have to argue for additional money. We got a new roof which is not only far better than our old one, but better than the new roofs many of our neighbors have. The materials have a true 50-year transferable warranty. We got all new windows which were far better than the original ones, new gutters, exterior paint, new garage door, and refinished our fence and deck. Everything was done well, in a timely manner, and within the budget of our claim settlement funds. Every item was replaced or repaired better than it was before, which has increased the resale value of our house. One huge advantage of using AE as a general contractor for the work covered by our insurance claim is that we did not have to pay any costs up front for materials, etc., which we couldn't have done. It took 6 months for our mortgage company to release our claim settlement funds, but AE was able to wait to be paid in full in one lump sum. The fact that they are an established and reputable company whose main office is in Denver means that, unlike many of the fly-by-night roofers and contractors who flocked to the area after the storm, they will be here to stand behind their work, including that of their subcontractors."

"I had three companies come out and provide estimates, Wyndhill's was by far the best. We have had them do some spot roof repairs in the past, and they have always been prompt, communicative, fair in pricing and thorough in their work. This last job we were looking for roofing reinstall estimates, as well as GACO coating estimates. Due to the type and condition of our roof, we opted for the GACO coating. We also had some fiberglass roof panels on our patio blow off in a windstorm and they replaced these too, providing us with a 5-year warranty on all of the work. They came when they said they would, did the work they agreed to do, and everything looks and is great so far. We would definitely use again and highly recommend them."

"Overall the experience was good.  It was a really busy time in NE Minneapolis with recent hail storms causing many people to need work done.  All American Exteriors LLC was able to guarantee getting the work done in the time frame that I had available, and came in at the best price.  I had confirmed lead paint on the exterior of my house, and rather than doing lead mitigation ($20k+), I opted to have my house securely wrapped to seal in the lead paint, with new Vinyl Siding on top.  After getting the quote we found that we would be able to afford getting new Soffit and Facia, as well as the replacement of one window.  After a couple of reschedules due to rain, the crew showed up and got to work.  I was extremely surprised by the amount they got done in just the first day.  They were unable to come the next day due to a vehicle issue (van got stuck in Wisconsin with a bad alternator) - but they were able to make it the next day and get back to work.  It took approximately a week to get all of the work completed - the Owner and his crew were very courteous and willing to address any concerns I had.  They cleaned up after themselves very well (I only found a couple of little things laying around after they left).  After paying for the work they did, they were still very responsive when I found a couple of minor issues that I wanted addressed and were out to get them fixed within a couple of days.
The only real issues I had with the service are the following:
1.  The window install - it took a while to complete, due to an emergency for the contractor.  I was not informed of when he would be back to finish the job and had to call to ensure it would be completed.  Additionally, there was no finishing work done on the inside (silicone/caulk around the edges of the window) - was able to complete myself with little effort.
2.  The dumpster was left at my residence for quite a few days past the job being completed.  Not a huge issue as it was placed out of the way in an unused driveway - however someone had opted to throw a bunch of smelly garbage in it so we had to deal with that.  Not necessarily All American Exteriors fault as they dumpsters are contracted out to a different company.
Would I recommend All American Exteriors to a friend?  Yes.  Would I use All American Exteriors again myself?  Yes.
I have dealt with a number of contractors in the past for various work around my home (Landscaping, retaining wall, roofing, plumbing, siding) and All American Exteriors right up at the top of the list.

Among the Master Elite contractors in my area I contacted, Peachtree Restorations was the first one to respond, as a matter of fact, Milton Brannon came to our house the very day I requested the estimate. Milton carefully inspected our roof. Based on the inspection, he sat down with us and explained how he would help us to fire the claim with our insurance company (because hail damage was found), educated us on our current shingle, the new building code requirements, the GAF roof products, and the GAF warranty packages, helped us understand each of the steps. He genuinely showed his desire to make us happy with the products and services. Although the insurance claim eventually was denied, Milton helped us at every step through the insurance claim process and did his best representing our interest. He was also very thoughtful as we reviewed the cost estimates, in terms of helping us avoid unnecessary upgrades. He patiently guided us in selecting our preferred shingle type and color, not only provided us with reference photos, but also twice brought to our house the shingle samples. "My appointment time was between 8am and 10 am. The installer (Enrique) arrived at 8:03 am . I had already decided where I wanted the fan to be installed. Enrique looked over the job and said that the location was fine. We talked for about 10 minutes about how the fan would be most effective. Enrique gave me his advice (he has been doing these installations for years). I declined his suggestion for additional vents, since I had a "full ridge vent" installed with my new roof last year. There was no pressure from Enrique, and he assured me that I can have additional vents installed later if need be. When the installation was complete, Enrique demonstrated how the fan works, the distance that the house windows should be opened and other helpful information. It is unbelievable how much air is moved thru the house with this appliance. It is going to be great! Enrique told me that the fan would be noisier in the hallway where I wanted the fan installed...the sound echos in that type of space. Indeed while standing in the hallway, it seems noisy, but in the very next room, the volume was not enough to interfere with watching TV. There is very little noise when the fan is switched to low. Enrique was prompt, professional, courteous, pleasant and well groomed. He respected that I was the customer. He covered the area he was working in and cleaned up when done. He worked quietly...as much as one can when using tools. He is efficient at his job. The whole job was done from knock on the door to driving down the driveway in about 3.5 hours. It is April, and I am sure when Denver gets its streak of 90 degree weather this fan will give the results I want. By the way....Enrique arrived in a fairly new, clean, well organized, well stocked van. This service was top-notch!!! In addition, Seymour, apparently the owner of this shop, interacted with me per email several times last summer, as I was trying to coordinate the fan installation with the new roof project. He spent considerable time giving me information. When I emailed 2 weeks ago I got exactly the appointment time I wanted. Great service all around."
