"I had a DOT Violation and needed the sidewalk replaced.

I did my homework before I went with Luigi.  He wasn't the most expensive nor was he the cheapest.
His price was fair and he did the right thing.  He didn't try to take shortcuts or shortchange me.  I've seen my fair share of shady contractors in the past.

Luigi was there every step of the way.
He was courteous, professional and he took care of the work with pride.  It has been over 4.5 months since his work is completed.  My DOT violation has been dismissed and my concrete looks great.

I'm really happy that I chose him and will definitely look forward to hiring him for future concrete/masonry services.

"I recently had my concrete sidewalk repaired, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Bobby and his team were professional, courteous. The repaired sidewalk looks fantastic and blends seamlessly with the existing concrete. I truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of quality concrete repair. I will definitely call Bobby for my future concrete work."

"Abdul has a pleasant personality and his business ethics are excellent. Punctual and very accommodating. His crew members are very skillful obliging and prompt. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. The final project turned out great. I would recommend them to those who need a deck to be installed Joan and Jack V. Massapequa"

"Tommy promptly arranged for someone to visit and measure my front sidewalk the same day I called for an estimate. The very next day, his crew arrived and commenced the work. I was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency and high-quality craftsmanship they displayed throughout the project. The newly installed sidewalk and driveway skirt turned out fantastic. Moreover, their commitment to ensuring everything was addressed each day was commendable. Upon completion, they meticulously cleaned up the area. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and would not hesitate to engage them again in the future."

"Great job on driveway and home repairs"

"They were honest. The project will be to costly as the whole driveway needs replacing and I agree. I was hoping for a fix but that’s not an option"

"we wanted a simple concrete patio installed in place of a deck. contacted other contractors only one to reply promptly. Joseph was great... very knowledgeable and never tried to up sell anything to us. he made suggestions but left the final decision to us. didnt know about the construction season and how jobs are booked months in advance however he was able to find a spot for us to get the job done sooner rather than later. The quality of the work is amazing we couldn't be more happier. Their work crew was prompt and on time both days and very professional. Would definitely recommend this company."

"LI & A Construction completed two projects for us. The first was last summer. Mr. Hetnarien and his team eliminated a section of the houseâ s back deck. This year LI & A Construction updated a section of a small bathroom in our house. On both projects, Mr. Hetnarien and his crew did an outstanding job. My research for a general contractor led me to LI & A Contraction Corp. My first requirement was that the business have the necessary license and insurance in good standing and Mr. Hetnarien â s business did. On communication and responsiveness, they get high marks. Mr. Hetnarien always got back to me within 48 hours. He is both accessible and approachable. Both jobs were carried out promptly. If they anticipated a delay because of bad weather (and there was), this was made known to me ahead of time. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Hetnarien again."

"Super impressed with the speed/quality of work and attention to every detail. Doing a complete gut renovation of your home isnâ t easy, but I know Iâ m in good hands with Jakob and LI Developers. My home isnâ t huge, but every inch of it is well thought out and being used properly now. Jakob made suggestions I had no idea were possible and has increased the functionality of our available space. With Jakob youâ re getting a contractor, a visionary and perfectionist all in one. He takes pride in his work and reputation, heâ ll make sure the job is done right. We had to wait a few weeks for him to get started on our job, but it was worth the wait. Our gut renovation consisted of a new roof, siding, doors, windows, floors, moldings, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, electrical, plumbing, hvac, new driveway, tree removal, porch with pavers, side patio pavers and backyard patio pavers. Whatever it is you need Jakob can get it done, donâ t waste another minute and book him!"

"Our driveway came out beautifully! People are complimenting the job left and right. JG landscaping was wonderful to work with. They were prompt, honest, and explained everything along the way. I would upload pictures but it won’t let me attach to the review. I hired them to do more landscaping and would highly recommend!"
