"A lot of emphasis was given up front about proper venting of the attic space to provide maximum roof life, however no venting improvements were made during installation. Original call was for gutter guards, but they were not included in the original quote and had to be added on the day of installation. Roofing crew cleaned up their mess pretty good, but I still found several nails laying on the roof during inspection. The gutter crew left several of the large nails and spacers laying in my flower beds in plain sight. Crews were friendly and a little more attention to detail could have made this a 5 star job. "
