"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

"Refinished Bruce Pre-finished hardwood in kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Performed three repairs on water damaged wood. Installed LVP in two small bathrooms. Hardwood refinishing came out really well! Was not the least expensive estimate but offered a refinish process that was more thorough. Repairs came out well, and the LVP in the bathrooms looks good. Took a day longer than planned but results were worth it. Highly recommended!"

They were punctual, efficient, very professional and were very accepting of our needs. I had to reschedule the dates that work was to begin and it was not a problem at all. They were happy to provide us with the dates we wanted. The floors and house were spotless when they left! We can't say enough about how happy we are with this company. "It went very well.  Mr. Masood was responsive from the start.  He even brought a large number of heavy sample squares to our home after he closed his shop, at his suggestion, because we live some distance away.  We were very appreciative, but in a subsequent visit to his shop, I realized it really is better to go there to see all samples and possibilities.  The two flooring technicians arrived within the time frame we expected and worked very hard and efficiently, plus they were friendly and professional.  They did an excellent job, to include cutting and replacing floor mouldings in both the kitchen and bathroom. Sawing was done on our deck to avoid sawdust inside the house. We had to hire our own plumber to remove a toilet and vanity and replace them after the job was done, so that cost was not included in the service cost. The price seemed reasonable, though it was higher than an estimate we got last year---however, we were not convinced that particular company was experienced with floors other than hardwood and so we relied on D&S's good reviews. Our receipt did not detail costs, except for the identification of the laminate to be used, measurements, and the total cost of the job.   Our own research convinced us that the cost was not excessive and was probably very competitive, and workmen of the caliber of the technicians who installed our floors are not always easy to come by.  In short, it is clear that Mr. Masood and his staff take pride in their business and desire to give customers the best service and outcome possible. <br />"

They are very thorough, skilled, polite and friendly. I was able to pick out the flooring online or at ProSource Flooring . This was also a positive experience. I now have beautiful vinyl plank flooring and hardwood stairs of excellent quality installed in a very timely fashion and at an incredibly fair price!! Steps were also refinished to match the flooring and they look great. Aaron also completed an excellent job in my father’s house with wood floor refinishing and wood stairs. It was beautifully done. "Kustom Floors and its owner Mr. Rudy Arredondo did a spectacular job refinishing the hardwood floors in my home. This hardwood floor installed in 1954 needed to be replaced because it looked ugly, worn out and beat up. Kustom Floors did such a high quality job that the refinished floors now look like new. My wife and I sometimes look at pictures showing the flooring before KF came in and it is honestly hard to believe it could be rescued from so much deterioration. I only wanted to use a stain and coats that were green and zero VOC. I contacted another well regarded company and they only offered duraseal which is toxic and I did not want my family and dog to inhale its toxic fumes. Thankfully, Kustom Floors offered a zero VOC solution (Rubio Monocoat): natural, clean and beautiful. To my surprise their pricing for their superior zero VOC stain and coat was reasonable compared to the duraseal estimate from the well regarded competitor. They also removed an old dirty carpet in my basement and installed vinyl flooring. This job was executed with precision and attention to detail. I highly recommend KF. In fact, I am interested in replacing my kitchen floor with them."
