"My husband and I just moved from Long Beach. We bought our house, and have never owned a house with a cesspool. I contacted Priority to come over to inspect the system and educate me about how to maintain it properly.
I called on a Friday morning, and they scheduled me for the next day. They called before they came over, within the two hour window of time that they had told me the day before. Paul was the knowledgable technician that came over to do the job. He located my overflow tank first and dug up the covering so we could look inside. Luckily, the overflow was relatively new and empty, so he closed it back up, and proceeded to dig up the main cesspool. The main cesspool was 75% full, but again in good shape. While he was working on the second cesspool, the owner, John arrived to introduce himself and to check out the system. Paul then suggested that we pump the cesspool and clean it, and gave me the quote before-hand so that I could chose what I wanted to do. I opted to get it pumped and cleaned.
While doing the job, Paul explained everything that he was doing, and took a lot of time to answer all of my questions( and I did have a lot of them). He always told me how much a service would be ahead of time so their were no surprises. The total time for the job was 2 hours. I will absolutely use this company again, and I would definitely refer them to a friend! Thanks so much for all of your help Priority!

"A hard rain caused the patio drain of our 100+year old house in Brooklyn to back up, flood the patio and prevent us from flushing our toilets. (You said you wanted detail so here goes.)  Instead of going into the sewer, the contents of the toilets emptied onto the patio. (Gasp!)   After one plumber worked for three hours he couldn't solve the problem, and two other plumbers (one from Angie's List) passed on even trying. When I called Kenny his response was immediate, detailed and professional. He took time over the phone to ask me several questions to help him assess our situation. After ten minutes we set an appointment for the next day and Kenny was there the next morning. He first checked out our house and plumbing set-up, and then he and his assistant set to work with a "super-snake."  Within two hours he had cleared the clog and we were happily flushing our toilets again and the patio drain was dry as a bone. Plus, he took extra care as he worked inside our kitchen and bathroom. I highly recommend Kenny and Response Service Group to anyone who needs a top-notch plumber or drain/sewer cleaning specialist.

"They came out and noticed that there was a low charge on the heat pump and noticed that there was some corrosion on some of the pipes so they figured there may be a leak in the system. As a result I will be getting a new unit altogether that is covered by the home warranty that Choice has provided. The only out of pocket cost that I need to pay for is any modifications and fabrication that needs to happen to integrate the new system. So in total I am paying $550 for a $5000 system."
