We are a small partnership of craftsmen, with a pool of labour resources for larger jobs. Any services that we do not provide directly or that you could save money by using another provider will be recommended. We don't believe in charging you a fee to make a phone call therefore we don't use subcontractors. For example if you have a new construction project needing & entire AC system, we will call our preferred AC company & introduce you & you will pay them directly. We take no referral fees or mark up prices. This guarantees you that you are getting the company we think will do the best job. We charge a day rate for larger project that consists of a fee covering our equipment, a supervisor and a craftsman, as needed you will pay a fee for each additional labourer covering their cost for the day. This keeps cost down regardless of the size of your job. We have worked on dozens of landmark historical churches and homes and use old world craftsmanship with the latest in materials and technology to ensure quality results on all of our projects. Although we can handle highly skilled large projects we take as much care and offer savings for your two hour need. All customers are important to our business as you are our only advertisement. I am amazed at how well he built a wall on an existing wall of a loft and closed it in to make another bedroom. "The lawn clean-up went well, he talked me out of removing the pool and deck. I bought fencing supplies and hard ware to replace privacy fencing. After the fence was done decided not to have the wall repaired at this time. I paid $3000 down another $5000 once the cleanup was underway when finished I was suppose to pay an additional $7000 but accidentally wrote it for $8000 the contractor did not correct me or say anything. I don't feel that the services provided were worth the money paid"
