"After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. - Took a fair bit of effort to communicate, coordinate, and see the project through
- Weather-Tite asserted that the roof had hail damage, necessitating engagement of insurance assessor who (maybe unsurprisingly) disagreed; ultimately no action was taken based on the differing assessments of this unplanned issue
- When work was ultimately performed, there was an incident wherein a caulk gun was dropped off the roof and onto our car's windshield and hood, necessitating windshield replacement and body work
- On the latter, Weather-Tite immediately took responsibility and did pay for this, but again payment receipt took some prodding and reminding before it was finally received
