They gave me a price on the spot, I did not feel comfortable with their estimation. JNC took their time measuring and got back with me in two days. Their price was higher than the other company. I felt more comfortable with J&C Hardscapes. Carlos and his company did an excellent job installing the retaining wall. Once the wall was completed, it was perfectly constructed. "Contractor quoted $250 for job after reviewing pictures of scale from all angles. All yard waste was at curb for quick and efficient loading. Contractor arrived at end of day, with insufficient equipment to load (smaller enclosed trailer likely semi full). Contractor collected approximately 20% of the quoted waste and then requested an additional $250 to complete the remainder of the job. Contractor did offer options to complete but none were satisfactory given the job was quoted, agreed to, and deposit paid. Will not use this contractor again. "
