The new one is matte, more transparent/colorless water-based finish. Had a couple spots on the final coat, they came back no questions asked and corrected. Very professional and always on time. This happened two more times with each tech telling us the previous had not done it correctly. My entire staircase is separating, cracking, or chipping and Footprint floors nor Brandon will answer phone calls, voicemail, or text messages. They promise a great warranty but good luck getting it to stick..."
