"Today we had a professional from Dr ducks come out and clean-out our vents. The professional was very skilled and did a great job. They left no mess and it was a great experience. "Detroit City Sweep came to two of my properties to repair a total of three fireplaces. They did a fine job repairing one gas fireplace and adding caps to my chimney. I had a second gas fireplace that they needed to order a part for. I had to call them half a dozen times to get them to order the part and come back to the house to install it. When they finally did, it turns out they ordered the wrong part. After multiple calls they came out a second time, and again, it was the wrong part. Three weeks passed and on the third visit they brought the wrong part again and said the correct part was going to cost me twice what they originally quoted. I would like to recommend Detroit City Sweep, but I just can't. "

"500 sqft vacant cabin, basically cleaning a kitchen and super tiny bathroom, charged me $365, the cleaner said it was her first day, bad job, glass on the carpet, didn't clean the ceiling fans, turned on air conditioner and left it on when they left, didn't lock up the house when leaving, horrible customer service and conflicting invoicing and company names, very unprofessional"
