"Our experience with the Smoky Mountain Deck Builders has left us with an awesome finished product and many compliments from our family and friends. We met with Nick and told him our ideas. He took notes and then added some great suggestions. We wanted a fire pit in the middle and he worked with us on that. The Trex boards were put in at diagonals to the frame and borders. He helped us match the inlaid tiles under the fire pit area to an adjacent patio. Our old deck was 2 steps down from the patio. Nick and his crew were able to design a totally new deck that was raised up so that it was at the same level as the adjacent patio and even increased the total deck size. We had an iron railing that needed to be matched to make this all work so they had someone fabricate the new pieces. They even had someone design and build a door and a box under the Trex boards by our water faucet to hide our small hose. Everything came out like a perfect puzzle with every element matching and looking top notch!!!"

"I have had this brick wall down at my house for a while, and would like to give a shout out to Redemption Property Restoration who came in and dealt with this while I was at work. I came home and all was taken care of. Hauling off the old brick was included in my price, but these guys walked my entire yard picking up bricks to ensure not one brick was left on my property that was not attached to my home! They also filled in all the cracks I had on the backside of my house at no additional cost to me. For anyone out there needing work done at home, I would recommend this team of men to anyone! "We got to spend about a month with these guys as they removed 2 decks and a brick walk and built us a new front walk and patio and back deck. It ended up being a longer time than anticipated as we added things for them to do when we saw the quality of the work as it was in progress. One of the perks of retirement was being able to sit and watch the whole tearing down / building up process. The attention to detail was outstanding from the job site manager to the fellows prepping the site and picking up the debris. All were courteous and always asked if there was anything else the could do for us. They went above and beyond (even over state lines) to get the materials needed to make our project ideas become real. Unforeseen changes that had to be made to accommodate our unique site were taken in stride, with a smile even. At times they provided us with unintended entertainment like watching the supervisory crew figure out how to unload the sand remaining on the trailer from the ton bag of sand - then pulling it off with sheer man-power, themselves. This was a great example of the teamwork that was apparent throughout the job. There were times when communication got a bit muddled by they always got things straightened out.
