"They took a while to come out and do the work. First appointment was in December and no one showed or called. Second appointment for inspection was in January. Then they said they would come out to do the work and it took them another 3 weeks. In that time they were also looking for a new fireplace screen for us. Could not find what we needed so came out and sealed the chimney as requested. They came in and did the work and we felt did an honest job."

For example, I moved a wall and wanted a Barn Door that was more than 120-inches. I couldn't find anything that I liked, so Tripp had one "built" for me. I love it! Tripp's Number One, Shawn Jolliff was experienced, professional, creative, and unflappable! Doors, floors, and windows sometimes don't play well together, but Shawn would finesse them and make them work together. Phase 2 is going to begin this year and we will certainly use Bob Riddick Home Services again."

"We need to fence our backyard a couple of years ago. We made several phone calls to get quote. James Barton's price is not the lowest, but we felt he seemed professional. He finished the work in one day, with one year warranty. Till now the fence he installed still look good. <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"

"Getting the estimate and doing the work was placed on a long schedule due to heavy business sector traffic. But they actually came earlier than scheduled to do the work. Did it efficiently. I don't expect to have leaks in this spot again!"

"It went perfectly. The contractor and subcontractors did a wonderful job and actually cleaned up everything when they were finished. My home is cleaner and brighter than it was before completion of the job. I actually miss seeing Steve Burtis and his foreman, Bobby. each day. They were so polite, professional and easy to work with on a daily basis. They even helped me clean and place my furniture back in its place. I would definitely have them work for me again."

"The job was professional from start to finish. WEV started the job when promised and completed it on time. The work was done professionally and safely which was extremely important since the job was 30-40 feet off the ground. The work was completed and came in a little under the estimate which is always a pleasant surprise. I plan on using WEV again in the near future when I need more assistance on finishing my new home. "He had performed some work for me in the past after the first job I had asked him to come do the roofing and repair work for me in the future but I wasn’t in a hurry. He did great work for me previously and I enjoyed working with him. I asked him how long it would take for him to get a crew together, he stated about a month. I had decided to wait until he was ready; again I wasn’t in a hurry. But after about two months or so it seemed as if he dropped off the earth! I called him again then because the season was moving on and it was getting very warm soon. When I did get a hold of him, he apologized stating that he must have misplaced the informational sheet. He was very polite on the phone, and he was pleased to here from me as if he had actually forgotten that we were planning on the roofing work. I did enjoy working with previously him but I believe he may need to be a bit more organized."
