"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

This included an inspection of the attic insulation which resulted in a lot of ceiling drywall essentially coming off the joists, multiple nails popping through the paint. I was really unhappy with this new problem, since what was supposed to be a $100 energy audit now led to damage that would cost several hundred dollars to repair. From Larry's point of view, the ceiling drywall likely had pre-existing problems making it vulnerable to damage from the inspection, something he had no way of knowing. After a lot of discussion, Larry contributed $500 toward the costs of fixing the ceiling, a reasonable compromise for both parties since the drywall already appeared to have pre-existing issues. Through the experience, he was professional, responsive, and was 100% committed to finding a mutually agreeable solution months after the audit was completed. Even though I would have rather never gone through the experience, I have the highest level of respect for Larry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again if we needed his services again."
