"This review is long overdue. Sterling has gone above and beyond to help me multiple times when I was in a panic. As a young, female homeowner without a lot of handy people in my life, I cannot thank him enough for his work and expertise at a reasonable price. He reached out to me within minutes one night after I frantically submitted my info on Home Advisor. The next morning, he came to my home, fixed the mainline drain clog, and also identified the underlying problemâ  a broken sewer line. This was something a different plumber had previously overlooked. The city was responsible and ultimately fixed the sewer line a month later. The first rain after DPWâ  s sewer line repair, the night of NYE, my basement massively flooded with 6â  of rain water. Sterling answer my panicked phone call and advised me of what to do. Turns out storm water was flooding through the cityâ  s excavation. I donâ  t know what I would have done without his help!"

"John P called me right away on Saturday and came within 30 minutes very professional and got my drain cleared within 45 min cleaned up and did professionally pre and post conversation. I will highly recommend John as he is honest and reasonable didnâ t charge any weekend charge thank you"

"Had sewer line break..was very impressed with personnel, Mr. Woodrow was very professional in doing a great job in a messy and tricky situation with my sewer line/old home. He took time to figure out the problem with me having no additional help.. never got frustrated - took time of understanding the complications of my old homeâ  s layout.. so yes Iâ  m impressed with my new plumber.. why wouldnâ  t I - proved me wrong..but not really - he told me it was going to be all good!!!.and my pockets arenâ  t hurting too much either-definitely love that!"

"Just started working with Markool this summer and they have been fantastic! When I need service, they are so fast and every person we have interacted with has been polite, knowledgeable and personable. We unexpectedly needed to replace our system during a heat wave and they were super. So responsive and quick. I would highly recommend Markool for all of your HVAC needs!"

"Quick service. I called because my main was clogged, they were out within a few hours, snaked my sewer and all is well! Great customer service and very knowledgeable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND"

"After having two other plumbers service my sump pump who were insisting that I needed to replace the pump Chris informed me all that the pumping system needed was a vent hole in the discharge pipe to prevent an airlock in the discharge pipe due to the pump pressure. After almost 3 years of pump issues he is the only one that identified the problem."

"Worked to finish the job...kept us informed...professional"

"The individual providing my service was exceptional. He was very professional and customer focus. It is the customer service that brings customers back to a business. I will always use TRI-CITY PUMPS for my sewer services."
