The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

I nearly fainted when he showed me how the rust and sludge had narrowed the stack’s diameter to the size of my pinky. Through all of this Ivan answered all of my questions, kept me informed and gave me time to think which I very much appreciated. Would I tell my friends and neighbors to use Mr. Rooter?
