"The pull down attic ladder was installed in one day and on the day promised. Even though I expected a mess to be made while installing, I was very impressed at how they constantly kept it to a minimum. By the time the job was done, it was cleaned up perfectly and professionally. The plywood was installed so that boxes could be stored and gotten to easily. This job was done to my 100% satisfaction. I also had a basement door that rain water was coming in the basement from under the threshold and had destroyed some wallboard around the door. The rain water had also eroded part of the bottom of the door. The job was done to my satisfaction and was done on time as promised by Landon. I am very pleased with the work done and anticipate more to come in the future. Landon and his crew are very professional and courteous explaining what they are doing and why. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
