They offered us three options: drop the front door and frame part of the contract, build the repairs for the front door frame on site and the job price would be lowered as compensation, or cancel the contract in its entirety. We opted to go with the second option and have the frame repair built on site. They did an amazing job with each part and we are glad we stuck with them to finalize these projects we had been hoping to get done for some time.
