"After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. Ray Bullock roofing provided excellent service in installing the metal roof on my house and storage shed.  There were 6 very professional and courteous workers who were here on time and worked continuously until the job was finished.  The workers were friendly and very pleasant.  The work and clean up was excellent.  Wasn't sure of the color we wanted and Mr. Bullock recommended a color which looks really nice on the house and shed.  It has rained hard a couple of times since the installation and so far have found no damage or leaks.  Mr. Bullock came out the next day to see how well we liked the new metal roof and take some pictures.  Mr. Bullock also called on 9/7/2015 just to see if there were any problems and to check to see if everything ok.  I would hire this company again and recommend him to everyone.  Again, Ray Bullock Roofing did an excellent job and the house and shed looks really nice.

"Southern Leisure Builders installed our sun room in the summer Spring of 2018. This particular year there were many days of rain, and as you may recall, Hurricane Florence inundated us with her presence. This caused our project to be quite delayed. But Southern Leisure persevered and they finally completed it at the end of summer, not too far after Florence arrived. Our sunroom survived, but it did flood. As a result, Southern Leisure had to come out and drill some weep holes under the windows to prevent this. Not sure if this was a design flaw or install flaw.  Fast forward to March 2020. I accidentally shot a rock from my lawn tractor and it struck one of the hurricane proof windows, the fixed pane. The entire unit had to be replaced. This occurred while North Carolina was in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and the state was shut down. I called Southern Builders and left a voice message. Within 5 minutes, someone called me and assured me they would place the order for the replacement but could not install until construction workers were allowed to work again. I am happy to report the work was completed on June 26, 2020. They did such a good job putting everything back that my wife still has not realized the window has already been replaced. Aside from Mother Nature and scheduling delays, you should be pleased with their work. My wife and I enjoy using our sun room all year long."

"     They took longer than expected but that was okay, I pointed out before they gave estimate that I had a persistent leak on back porch under high wind and rain , an I reminded him of the leak when I accepted Kevin Walkers estimate he assured me both times that would not be a problem in the future.  After it leaked the 1st time I called Mr. Walker an he came by promptly an said that the leak was probably in dormer area of the of the roof and he would come an repair it  in a short time but that never happened and I could not get a phone call thru to him. So now I will have to hire someone else to finish the job. Very disappointed with the whole mess. "

"The installers arrived on time and were professional in their work.  I had done a lot of research on gutter guard systems and determined that the Gutter Dome was the best solution - stainless steel with a mesh that would not pass debris from the roof or pine needles.  They finished fairly quickly and appeared to have done a good job.  Upon later closer inspection we found some roofing shingles that were left up and several ends that were not finished.  We have a "V" joint where the garage roof meets the main house.  We were assured that the Gutter Dome would capture the water flow in this corner without a baffle.  That turned out not to be the case, so they returned to add a baffle, finish the ends and lay the shingles flat.
      Later we found that a light mist or heavy dew would not go through the mesh so we ended up with a constant dripping all around the house.  This would not be a problem except that it drips right over the front and rear entrance doors and that moisture freezes in the winter leaving a slick coating of ice.  In a heave dew the water collects and runs in rivulets across the surface of the Gutter Dome and over the edge of the gutter.  The solution was supposed to be a scrubbing with a detergent such as Simple Green and/or the passage of time.  Not so.  After over a year it was still dripping.  The company is now under new ownership but after an initial miscommunication we had a visit from Will to try to correct the problem.  He arrived on time, in fact early enough to observe the dripping.  His initial idea was to run a bead of silicone along the surface of the Gutter Dome, but I questioned the longevity of that solution.  He ended up installing a 1/4" hand-cut deflector near the edge of the gutter.  Unfortunately that didn't help. 
    After a few more calls and discussions with Kieth and Dan, Will came back and replaced a number of sections of the Gutter Dome with the slightly wider mesh Magna.  Water from heavy dew and light rain can more easily get through the Magna's surface and that appears to have taken care of the problem.  It's almost impossible to tell where one stops and the other begins except for the drips over the edge of the gutter.  No pine needles or debris get through either.
     This dripping was not a problem with our old system (which is no longer available) and we were very disappointed with the way this installation had turned out but impressed with Kieth, Dan & Will's willingness to correct it.  In the meantime I've changed their responsiveness and overall rating to A's thanks to their efforts.  I will say, however that it took numerous calls and quite a bit of time before they did come back (we are 2 hours away from their location but within their service area), so be persistent.
     All in all we are happy with the installation and still believe this is the best gutter guard system available.  I would not hesitate to use them if we were starting over again."
