"Oscar Carrenza is obviously busy, speaks rapidly, and this leads to numerous emails, texts, calls to have price, and measurements accurate and confusion resolved. Day of job, after assuring me no jackhammer would be used, a 'jackhammer- sounding' piece of equipment was used. Neighbors were upset in townhome cluster, no one was warned, all @7:15am. (Oscar had said he would "cut and lift sections of old sidewalk only. I stepped out to see how things looked, and realized the entryway concrete pad immediately outside my front door was damaged in several spots, with cracks and gaps. He started talking very fast, saying,"don't worry, I 'll fix that, make it pretty again!" Said he would return to fix. On return,became very loud, angry, lunged, shouting, red in face. Nothing repaired. Only the project was done, not damage he caused. and he was paid in full. My son overheard his angry remarks, but Oscar left. I told him he went back on his word, and I don't accept people shouting at me"

He diagnosed the problem and found that the fan motor in the condenser was bad. They had to order a new one and it arrived two days later. As soon as it arrived at Siegmans the service manager brought it to our house, as Chris was already here disassembling the condenser so the fan motor could be installed. Siegmans was responsive, professional and solved our problem quickly. They were also able to replace the fan motor and a capacitor under the manufacturer's warranty. I highly recommend this company."
