Everyone was patient. Once construction began, we got regular communication about progress. We were frequently asked if we had any questions or concerns. Answers were always timely. Discovery of an unexpected plumbing problem was dealt with quickly and did not delay construction by more than a day or two. It did add to the cost of the project, but it was worth doing for the overall health of the house. The crew were mindful of protecting the parts of the house not involved in construction and cleaned up each day. Easy to work with this group. Highly recommend Odell.""
