No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. We are relatively new to Minnesota, and didn't have a lot of knowledge about local contractors, but we certainly were pleased that we found Ryan and his crew! From start to finish, everything went well. We are super excited about the brand new look to our house, It was transformed from the 1980's to a modern looking home! Ryan knows what he was talking about! He gave some very helpful guidance on the color selection. His advice was spot on, because the color turned out to be exactly what we were envisioning. He also walked around the house with me and offered suggestions on what to paint the main house color (blue-gray) and what to paint the trim color (white) to help accent certain features, or in some cases, disguise other less desirable features. The crew did an incredible job. I'm still amazed how they made some of the window frames look brand new. The crew was friendly and respectful. Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."
