"Robert took on a very difficult project. Our home is a Chicago landmark, and thus we needed to handle our old clay tiles with care; individually removing them and cleaning them so that the roof could be replaced. The roofers then reinstalled the entire clay system after removing an old obsolete chimney and tuckpointing another one. They also sanded down or repaired many aging soffits and fascia, replaced that which had been destroyed or rotted. We had a number of changes along the way, so we had to negotiate as we went and Robert was reasonable in those discussions. As a final note, we quoted out five contractors. Two said our project was too difficult. Two others didn't return my requests for the proposed work; and I wasn't surprised given how pessimistic they were about their ability to accomplish our project. Thanks Robert and team for doing this work."

Wes came to my home and checked out my roof damage quickly. tom walked me through the filing of an insurance claim. Robert their Master carpenter and his crew does excellent work. Their crew quickly and thoroughly gave me a new roof, gutters, vents and a solar attic fan. I was impressed how clean they left my property everything was hauled away. "Arronâ s Roofing replaced the roof on our 4 unit condo building. His quote was very competitive and we got much better granulated material instead of black top for about the same price. The biggest concern at the start of the project was handling of large roof top deck. Other companies told us that the deck may not be salvaged or to expect a lot of damage. Aaronâ s Roofing said they can save most of the deck and they did. They removed the deck in sections and then reassembled at the end, few boards that needed to be replaced were reasonably priced. The roof work was completed professionally and we are very happy with the result. We also liked that Aaron did not rush the project and did not work on the days when weather got cold and rainy in October, to make sure the quality was not compromised. The guys cleaned up on a daily basis and were polite and considerate. Aaron also responded very promptly to provide the initial estimate. We definitely recommend Aaronâ s roofing for roof and deck projects."

"I hired Johnâ s Masonry, Roofing and Construction for several projects that were all completed with excellence! Johnâ s crew did an outstanding job with the replacement of the porch/deck and footings of my 2-story building. After the deck was torn down, we realized that the roof also needed to be replaced. Without missing a beat, Johnâ s roofing crew did a great job replacing the roof. After which, the construction crew returned and did an outstanding job building the porch/deck and replacing the footings. John actually provided additional footings at no extra charge. We added tuck pointing on one side of the building while the porch/deck was underway. Johnâ s masonry crew power washed, cut out and replaced the mortar and bricks on both levels; they also fixed some cracks in the front of the building. The tuck pointing was top notch and honestly made the side of my building look brand new. Johnâ s crew also addressed foundation issues on the side of the building where water seeped in during the heavy rains. All of these projects were completed in a little over a week. Most importantly, each project was done with excellency by skilled workers. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the value for the money.
