Get matched with top wood flooring refinish pros in Rogers-park, IL

"I need it by wood floors refinished before moving into my new condominium. I contacted Ishmael and told him of my timeframe constraints I was under, and he was able to redo my floors in three days. He met with me the day off to review the needs of my floors, came the next day sanded, and stained them, and was able to seal them the next day. They look brand new. Such a positive experience. I highly recommend recommend Ishmael and his team of sons to redo your floors."

"ASAP Hardwood Floors sanded/made repairs to certain boards and applied a new stain/finish. They were extremely professional throughout and performed an excellent job, especially given how competitive the pricing was. My job included repair following the removal of a gas fireplace just prior to the floors refinishing. The wood underneath the fireplace was not in great condition, but Jose and his team repaired the floor to the point you would never know anything was there before."

"It could not have gone better. We recently bought a new place that had very old carpeting covering half the house. Although it is very hard to provide an estimate of refinishing floors when you don't know what is under the carpet, Mike was true to his estimate and his crew completed the job right on time. As with any job, there were some unexpected issues that needed to be addressed. Mike's team, and George in particular, were able to fix the problems (namely, wood HVAC vents and floor molding) at a very reasonable price. The best part of the job was that the master staircase was previously carpeted and was in pretty bad shape. After pulling up the carpet, Mike gave us some options on how to refinish and/or paint the stairs and risers. We had them refinish the stairs and risers (which cost a little extra), but now the stairs are a showpiece in the house. We couldn't be happier with the work that Mike did for us. We have now used him twice and would use him again in a heartbeat."

"Danny and his crew were great. We originally hired them to refinish wood floors in our two upstairs bedrooms, but after pulling back the carpet and realizing the hardwood wasn’t consistent, Danny was able to pivot quickly and get LVP installed within 2 days. Very friendly and helpful, and great quality work done. We are very happy with the finished product! And lots of helpful tips and little detail finishes like staining thresholds that really brought the project together. Recommending Modern Quality Flooring to all our family and friends !"

"We had our family room carpet removed and wanted to have the existing hardwood refinished. We had trouble getting someone to come out and give us an estimate because most thought of it as a "small job". Not Marius...came right out and gave us a great price. When the carpet was removed, they found too much damaged wood and dark wood plugs, so reworked our quote and they put new wood flooring in. The work is impeccable! Marius' team is respectful and worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Marius and his team for ANY flooring needs!"

"Rustic floors did and awesome job refinishing our floors. They completed the project on time and on budget. I would definitely hire the again. Thanks Marcel and team!!!"

"The FloorMaxx team did a great job on a wood floor refinishing project in the living room, kitchen, and hallway. Pricing was very reasonable and I would definitely use them again or recommend to friends in the area."

"We had 2 areas of maple flooring that needed to be refinished. Including one area that had experienced water damage where a number of flooring boards needed to be replaced. The team from Footprints isolated those areas using plastic, and installed the new flooring, sanded both areas without the dust spreading anywhere else in the house. They applied appropriate stain and a finished coat. The floors turned out exactly how we wanted. We are very pleased with the work."

"Andrei did a fantastic job refinishing our floors. He started the job early, was very communicative during the process, and did some extra repairs to broken boards as well. He had a very good price per square foot, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. You can tell he takes great pride in his work."

"We had a water damaged spot on the hardwood floors. Mike was able to find the exact match from the original manufacture and replaced it. The outcome is really really good. We are so happy for the work Mike and his team performed and highly recommend others to use Unique Flooring."
