"Second time I called upon Air Experts & I’m glad. Will Moreno did a great job explaining what & why needed repairing, called in for the part & got it done the day after the holiday. We didn’t even have to suffer without any AC in the heat waiting for the repair. Will call them again & again!"

"My prior water heater, a 50-gallon tank, started leaking after 15 years. I called Streamline to confirm that it needed replacement, and to replace it. I was considering a tankless water heater already, and the first tech walked me through the pros and cons, then wrote up an estimate. Two additional techs came the next day to install the heater and the necessary gas and power lines. The only issue I had was that one of the newly installed gas fittings leaked gas into the basement. I shut off the supply valve and called Streamline, and they came out within half an hour to fix it at their expense. Mistakes happen, and I was impressed with how professionally they corrected that one."

"WIsh I could hire Delta for all my home repairs. Unfortunately our gas pack Heater/AC went out a couple weeks ago and had to be replaced. This company was spot on from my first contact with them to the flawless on time install, cleanup and the follow-up to make sure I was satisfied. WOW am I !!! Thanks again Michael, Kelly and team. Please let me know if you ever get into the plumbing, electrical or lawn maintenance business. Based on my experience I give them glowing approval. - Steve S."

"Excellent, prompt, courteous and professional service all the way from initial contact from ARS quickly reaching out to me to set up an appointment to the work done by their technician. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional and proved to be very knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. He quickly identified the problem with my water heater and had it fixed in a short amount of time. I am very impressed with ARS and will use their services again in the future for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend ARS."

"Jonathan was very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot a very awkward water heater installation. He was pleasant, tidy, and thorough."

"Good work replacing furnace, hvac and ductwork. Did not complete job in the time frame promised, but did bring heaters over and provide a gift card to a steakhouse for the inconvenience. I have found them difficult to reach to schedule included service that was included with my purchase."

"Six men replaced all duct work. They were very professional. Also had a new water heater replaced."

"Highly recommended. I had a simple repair of a leaking kitchen sink faucet. I did not have the proper tools or expertise for the job. I was very satisfied with JD Service Now. The dispatcher was prompt and professional. They called me before the plumbing technician arrived with an ETA. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater. The rate was relatively reasonable for a 20 minute call; at least compared to estimates for the other 2 companies. I will keep this companies number in my phone contacts for future home repairs."
