"I sold my home recently. And my next purchase i was looking for a house that need some updating and remodeling wanting to take on a project for the 1st time and see how it turns out. I found the home that fit the criteria I wS looking for so after purchasing my home ,went through and made list of all I was wanting and needed to do. The original windows were still in the home which was built in 1970. Being a priority for replacing the windows I called around and had 3 different companies suggested make appointments to come out look and give estimates. Champion being one of those companies was the 1st out of 3 to come out. Their salesman Sam introduced himself came in did a walk through and then we sat down for him to go over and explain Champions windows and what they had to offer. Sam was very thorough and demonstrated the products advantage over others. Along with comparing warranty with other companies. Iam a Veteran of US Army. A combat Veteran serving in Iraq 2004 - 2006. Sam noticed some of my medals and awards that were laying out and wanted to thank me for my service. I don't know why or what got it started, God works in mysterious ways. But. Got to talking about my military career and my involvement in Iraq. Talking about the war after the war and my trials and struggles that came home with me. I felt as though Sam was a life long friend not just a salesman for Champion . Something I don't usually talk about with family much less a stranger seem to be like a normal everyday conversation. I noticed him getting g emotional on a certain occasion and very attentive to listening to what I wS saying. After all was done he stood up shook my hand and wanted me to know how much he appreciated me talking with him. I was kibda blown back myself because that doesn't happen much at all in professional settings and here ism pouring out to Sam. Again God knows guess when things are needed. Do he asked what I thought about their product. I stopped him right there. Told him you have a great product from what you presented. Nit seei g any other companies yet. I told there would be no need I wanted to sign a contract with Champion. To me having a great product is one thing. But having a great person who took the time listen was worth far more than the windows. So, I know this a long review.but thought you needed to hear tge story about not only the best windows around. But. To me tge best staff u ever had the pleasure to be involved with. From start to finish . Purchase to installing the windows. Nothing but knowledge , profffesionalism and courtesy with Champion and absolutelyive the windows and blown away tge difference it has made to my home. "P.K. Masonry arrived at my home on three different days on time, ready and willing to start the work. I was impressed how carefully he measured and drew out the plans for the fireplace. On my fireplace install PK was always concerned with what I was asking for, and listened to what I had to say. We didn't always agree, but he showed great patience dealing with me who knows nothing about what it takes to build a fireplace. I love my new fireplace that he built and will enjoy owning it for years to come. I definitely would hire PK again and have a job for him, planned for the future."

"Good salesman but didn't deliver on original time frame or quality of work.  Began work in November but did not finish with last job until April. Soffit is buckled in a few places.  Flooring contractor delivered pre-finished oak instead of unfinished oak as we had requested. Oak flooring had many knots in it.  Don't think they let the wood sit long enough in our house before laying it because it is beginning to warp a little.  Had major issues with grouting of tile work.  Upstairs ceramic tile floor not grouted well and had to ask twice for contractor to grout missed spots.  Today there are still some places where the grout is missing.  The worst headache we have is the shower tile.  They had to regrout about 4 times due to cracking and using different colors of grout. We had to call them back again today because the grout is chipping, cracking and coming out in the corners, the base and around the drain.  They say their work is guaranteed for 5 years so we will see.  We are concerned about moisture and mold due to cracks and missing grout if this is not fixed soon.  With all this said most of the people we dealt with from Braswell were very nice and professional. I was mistakenly copied on a text message one supervisor sent the owner where he was cursing about a message I had sent him regarding something that needed to be fixed.  They did throw in some extra work at no additional charge that was nice.  We have heard back from the owner and a supervisor and are being told they will have all our issues corrected so that we will be satisfied. <br />"

"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. I followed up with another order for the remaining 13 windows in my porch and again, they arrived quickly, were of great quality, exactly to size and easy to fit. Looking forward to see how they last their first winter."

"I was impressed from the very first phone call with them. The office staff was knowledgeable and professional. They sent out someone to give an estimate within a day or so. That person was also knowledgeable and gave me options on how to approach the repair work, which i compared to another company that gave an estimate. I ended up liking the solutions better from JMR so I hired them. <br> <br> The person they sent out was very customer-service oriented. He looked at what needed to be done and offered yet another solution that was over and above the ones I was given from the estimator. He showed me pictures and I really liked his solution. We had some rainy weather and he worked the best he could in between the rain. They were very agreeable, kept me in touch the whole time and completed the work as we agreed and I am completely satisfied. Sometimes you call a competent contractor that is the sole person who answers phones, does the work, etc. and say that they'll call you when they can since they're always on the job...This company has a full staff which makes the whole process very efficient. Their website is very informative and when they include a lot of helpful information in their estimates. This company seems to be very established and really knows what they're doing."
