Not living locally was a challenge but Jim made this workable with his prompt communication, advising us on certain supplies and materials he noticed on sale, meeting us when we were in town and recommending other great people to work with. He was fair, honest and flexible. He did great work himself and made sure others he hired did the same. He helped us stay on budget and finish in our hoped for time frame. The sale of the property went well and buyers liked the improvements Jim made, especially the kitchen upgrades of the countertop, appliances, tile backsplash and flooring. Wonderful guy to work with!"
