Four seasons staff are true professionals, they had a crew of 20 people working from 7:00 am till about 5:00 p.m. They arrived fully equipped and worked until roof was completed. "Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."

For starters my home was covered in old stucco and a lot of rotted wood underneath which was a messy job to remove. His team actually not only replaced all the damage but even removed my front living room window, reframed and replaced, as well as sheet rocked, spackled and painted the inside seamlessly. Paul stated the entire process would take 2-3 weeks. Well not only did this transformation complete in just under two weeks but either Paul himself or someone from his team stopped by daily to check on the job.
