Most of which was cleaning up and making sure there were no nails or shingles on the ground. The gutters and siding on my new shop had hail damage and had to be replaced. "The job itself seemed to go very well but there was a problem that I found out after they finished the job and there were damaged gutters. If the roofing crew have notified myself or the contractor in fixing the issues, it would have been simple. When I did the contract of the roof, I also contracted the gutter to be replaced, and they has not replaced the gutter. Update 04/21/2025: The contractor responded to my issues and did a fantastic job. Thank you for responding quickly and so well."

"Remmy contacted me quickly and came out the next day to check out my roof. Over the phone I told him I had a newborn so he was nice and called when he was outside instead of ringing the doorbell in case my son was sleeping. For the inspection he showed me pictures of what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. "They returned my phone call the same day.  However,  1st appointment scheduled for evaluation of damage did not start out well.  I spoke to 3 or 4 different men before actual contact made.  The person they sent on the appointment day was not the person I had been talking to and he seemed confused as to work needing done.  He was also over an hour late and no phone call to tell me he would be late.  I was very frustrated by the time he arrived stating his phone was dead.  After evaluation of roof, I decided to give them the job.  Dustin did return in a couple of days with a few other men as promised.  As far as I can tell, I have had no more leaking of my roof.  They cleaned up site well and I told me to call if I had any further leaking.

"I called DTS last night and Anthony came over the next day to replace my garbage disposal (GD). He was early and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem and found that there was something stuck in the GD. He swiftly removed the item and I was on my way. I know nothing about GD, so he easily could have replaced it to make a buck. Instead, he was honest, professional and saved me about $400. I will absolutely call him again when I have a problem. I recommend him to anyone."
