"The proprietors of Complete Floor Covering and Design Center are very professional but quite personable people.  Missy and Darren try to understand the customer's preferences and are very helpful in assisting in the selection of the right carpet and pad. Importantly, they do not attempt to sell the customer a product not needed or overpriced.  They provided a free measurement and a clear, written indication of the actual costs of purchase, removal of old carpet and pad, installation, and movement of furniture and "wrapping" of carpet on stairs.  The installation crew was efficient, quiet, and courteous, taking care to make sure furniture was replaced to the customer's satisfaction.  Based upon estimates from other providers, Complete Floor Covering's charges are equal to or better than others in this area.  <br>"

"First and most positive, I think the granite, back splash, sink and faucet that were installed look very nice. The granite, plumbing & tile installers worked really hard & I did appreciate that. Kudos to the granite guys in particular for bringing in & installing the big countertop that did not have any seams. I was actually surprised by the no seam(s) after speaking with the salesperson, Larry. The granite install guys did some hard work! The only down side to that install was the language barrier. The lead installer was as nice and professional as could be but I could not understand a single word he said. As for the plumbing, the sink & faucet look great. Sadly, the sink started leaking the next night. That was very disappointing and inconvenient. Rather than trying to find out when someone could come back & figure out the problem, then having to take more time off of work, my husband made a trip to Home Depot and fixed the leak himself. We think the problem was reusing the sink drain from our old sink. If someone would have told us to purchase a new one to have on hand for the install, we most definitely would have done so. The fix my husband worked, but IMO the issue could have been prevented. Last, but not least regarding the sink install, there was again a language barrier. I couldn’t understand any of his questions & he couldn’t understand any of mine. The tile install was pretty flawless. The installer was very hard working & didn’t even take a break for lunch. The tile looks great & again I did appreciate all of his hard work. Thankfully, I could communicate with him. That was a big plus! As a final note, I contacted The Granite Center with this same feedback as I wanted to let them know especially about the leaky sink. I did not hear 1 word back from them. I was expecting at least an acknowledgment regarding the bad sink install & maybe even an apology for my husband having to fix the problem, but nothing. That is mostly the reason that I would not use this company again."
