"<p>We went with Bodamer's based on word of mouth although we did shop around and find better prices on the same flooring. We had a few issues with the installation crew that I don't care to mention on a website. We know that most if not all homes don't have perfectly squared walls but the vinyl floor layers were off and the patterns looked crooked. The vinyl was cut slightly too short to meet the door wall, but not enough to have it redone. We know our bathroom had some issues with crooked walls but we were assured it would be fine to install when we picked this particular pattern. Well, it had to be redone. Bodamer's did not want to do this for us until I brought up the issues with the installers. It was redone and turned out way better and we were satisfied.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"When estimating for quantity of carpet needed, they did so that there would have been 3 separate pieces of carpet in the room. <br /> The installer arrived and determined that the way the room had been  measured would not allow the placement to work out correctly. There would have been a huge noticeable difference where the pattern and nap of the carpet met. In addition, the seems would have been in the area of the room that received the most foot traffic. <br /> New carpet needed to be ordered, delaying the project another four weeks. <br /> Recently the seam in the carpet started to separate. We stopped by Home Depot to have the installer come out and look at it. We were told that the installation warranty was for one year. We offered to pay for the repairs but the store was unresponsive. <br /> Needless to say, we will not be purchasing big ticket items from our "friendly neighborhood" Home Depot. Nor will we be recommending them to our fiends."
