"The removal of the tub and building the new shower and closet and new floor took one week. The glass for the shower and the shower door had to be special ordered once the shower was done. It took three weeks for the glass to arrive and it was installed in one day. Later we realized that the shower door was not lining up with the glass wall. We called Clear Choice and they came out and determined the glass wall piece was not straight. They immediately ordered another piece of glass and installed it when it came in. Communications with their general manager, Brandon Hoehl, was great. Whenever I called and left a message he replied either the same day or the next day at the latest. He kept us informed all the way through the project. The employees that did the work were professional and cleaned up at the end of each day so we could use our bathroom. I would highly recommend Clear Choice."

"Couldnt be happier!!! The difference is night and day, we are amazed at the improvement.  <br /> They started stripping the wax, then section by section they bring the stone to a very high gloss and apply a penetrating sealer so you can see all the stones beauty. <br /> They showed up on time every morning and got right to work, they are very detailed and carefull not to harm anything in the house. I was amazed but is was not messy at all. They left the area way cleaner then when they started. I thought it would be very messy, but we couldnt find any dust at all. It took them a bit longer than they thought but it really wasnt inconvenient at all. <br /> Two of the nicer guys you will ever have work on your home, they really seem to care and make sure they do a great job.Couldnt be happier and will see them in a few years for a touch up and reseal!! <br />"

"My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."
