The installer explained what he was going to do and ensured he would keep everything neat during the project. He covered the carpet so not to track dirt into the house. He cleaned up nicely when he was done. I truly enjoyed the walking shower. It was better than imagined. It even added value to my house when I recently sold it! It was also very easy to clean. "I had problems with the company sending me the financial information. They quoted me for the most difficult job such as replacing the upstairs floor under the bath if needed. there was no need to replace the floor this part was not taken off the original price. Finance co. keeps calling and I do not have their information. All I got from Bath Solution was the application for financing it."

"Had to demo too many tiles, to place the whirlpool tub. He cut an acess in the basement for the drain and did a lousy job in cutting it and left a big mess. I offered to help position the tub and did but he dropped it in and busted a hole in the sheet rock in the next bedroom. He did a lousy job on sealing the drain silcone uneven. I had a new moen fixtures and he did not bid or put it in, the shower leaks now. For a 2- 3 hour job he took over 5 hours... he bid $1,500.00 but settled on $800.00."
