Discussed any issues of concern with me before taking any action. Explained the process clearly and what preparation was required by me prior to their arrival, i.e. minimize obstruction of plants outside the windows, access space required inside the house by windows, removal of wall hangings near walls that might be damaged by removal of windows, permission to have access to a bathroom during installation. Daily cleanup of debris around the site. Promptly addressed any concerns I had during the installation process. Adequate coverage with tarps inside the house of personal effects. Overall an excellent job that exceeded my expectations. <br /> <br /> Company provides a certificate for a free window washing inside and out through a third party.  Nice touch to complete the job for the home owner.  Also provides the window manufacturer warranty certificate and submits documents for any rebates that are eligible to the home owner.  <br /> <br /> I would recommend to the company to have some kind of document that is presented at the beginning of the installation by the workers that has their names listed.  It is always difficult to remember names after the initial introduction.  I always prefer to address people by their names during a project to promote a good working relationship."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
