Rudy & his son came out and inspected the roof and quoted the repairs, which included finding older shingles which are not currently readily on the market. Although the roof is older, and the shingles beginning to become brittle, for personal reasons, I am not presently in a position to replace the roof, and they agreed to perform maintenance, replacing missing shingles, fascia etc. for the time being. They were happy to help me out, not only replaced the fascia that blew off, but also added some to my garage. During the repair, they brought down samples of my older shingles, and discussed with me the aging factors that were present in my existing roof, advising me that they DO recommend a roof replacement within a year or two.
