Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."

"Charlie is a top-notch guy, super friendly, and most importantly, very honest.  I had initially called him because I thought my 7-year water heater was ready to be replaced (pilot was no longer lighting after having months of issues).  After telling him what was going on, he said I didn't need to replace the water heater, probably just the thermocouple / ignitor.  I called him at around 9.30am, and he was out here by around 12pm.   He took a quick look, confirmed his suspicion, and left to pick up the parts and install them.  After that was fixed, I showed him an issue with my leaking toilet which he repaired as well. I couldn't have asked for better service, and will be referring to friends/family and calling him again next time.  Thanks Charlie. <br />"
