"We recently had Exteron replace our entire roof and couldn't be happier with the result. The team was very organized, professional and respectful of our property. They replaced some damaged plywood underneath which was expected and also redid the flashing around our chimney. Charlie kept us informed throughout the project and showed us pictures of the work as it progressed. The new roof looks fantastic and the cleanup afterward was excellent"

"Randy responded very quickly with his quote. Then he followed up and did the great work of power cleaning our very stained front walk and deck, and our garage. I will not hesitate to use him again."

"We had our old wooden deck removed and replaced with a new 12x12 Trex deck, and we’re very happy with the results. The crew was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They completed the project on a fast timeline without sacrificing quality, and the finished deck looks great. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for deck work."

"I was very pleased. I was very picky about the window type that I wanted and Mike was willing to return several times to show me different models. When the various groups of men worked they were very courteous and professional and always answered my questions or concerns. I would certainly use them again."

"They installed a new roof for our home. They use the best quality product out there, and charge reasonable price. I was quoted three different prices from three different companies, and Top pros was the best by far, they knew their product and they did or not cut corners. We were so happy with the work they did we hire them to replace our daughters roof also!! Again they did an excellent job, and her roof was in bad shape. I would definitely recommend them they are very professional, dependable.and do great work. They’re also really nice guys !"

"Homeland Remodeling Group is the best!! I would highly recommend them!!! After using them I would not use anyone else!!!"

"I couldn't be happier with Monk's and Ward Malnuk! Whenever I need something, I call Ward, and if Monk's doesn't do it, he suggests someone who will. We purchased our house at the end of 2021, and Ward gave us a complete and competitive bid to paint both the inside and exterior of our house--and nothing had been done to it for at least 15 years. Gustavo was a real pro and gave us useful information about painting the outside, especially on the south side of the house where we get the most sun, and he and his guys were so pleased with the way it turned out that they took their own pictures of the finished work! On the inside, Randal stood in for Gustavo, and made the packing away of materials, sweeping, prep and painting easy, and even put things back in the various rooms. And later, Monk's replaced our sliding glass door and back storm door in time for winter. I can't speak highly enough about Monk's, Ward, Gustavo and the crew. Things were left clean and tidy, and they were so pleasant that I missed them once they were gone. I will be calling them again!"

"James and his team did a complete renovation of a townhouse that had been neglected over many years. Tear-out of old flooring and fixtures. Installation of new laminate flooring, new paint throughout, new light fixtures, complete new bathrooms, complete new kitchen and exterior painting and power washing. All word was done professionally and thoroughly and at a fair price. We worked together on planning and acquiring the materials. They are very easy to work with and they got the job done in a timely fashion."
