"Aldo (Priority Wood Flooring) and his team did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish on sanding and staining ~2000 sq. ft. across 3 floors of our new home. A few highlights: Aldo was the only person who correctly identified the hardwood in our bedrooms as very good quality maple...which 3 other companies told us was engineered and needed to be ripped out/replaced. That alone saved us countless thousands of dollars that would have been wasted if we had believed the other contractors, but beyond that, Aldo's pricing was very competitive. From here, Aldo helped us feel comfortable with our choice of stain color, accommodated an emergency schedule change after my painter changes schedules on us, successfully stained red oak and maple floors to perfection, and completed the job ahead of schedule. Aldo himself was on the job each day and kept us updated throughout the project. We couldn't be happier with the end result. This was one of the smoothest home renovations projects I've ever been though after owning 3 homes. "We had about seven people come in to give us quotes over two weeks ago. I haven’t even heard from them or received a quote. One guy told us we would have to go to a lumberyard by all the material bring it home. Floor builders came gave us a quote on the spot, said they would bring all the materials and had samples of flooring to pick out. It was exactly how it should be. Everything was provided, and the process was very easy. They worked very hard and were in and out in two days and went above and beyond to move things."

"We hired Monk's to do painting and flooring work on the entire second floor at my mom's house. Kurt did a great job of prepping us for what to expect in terms of timelines and process. Our foreman Huibel did a wonderful job of keeping my mom informed on a daily basis of his progress. He and his crew did excellent, quality work and my mom was super happy with the finished product. Monk's has done a lot of work for us in the past in addition to the flooring and painting, including wainscotting, window and door install, as well as a new composite deck. We are hiring them again to paint the interior of the garage and to install some workbenches and shelving for storage. We can't wait for this work to be done as it's going to make a huge difference.
