I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. Joel walked me through the entire process, told me exactly which parts he would be replacing, and was able to install my appliance for a reasonable price within 24 hours of my call. Furthermore, he even offered to beat the already-low Cyber Monday price from the other retailer if I wanted to cancel my order with them due to a delivery issue. Top notch customer service! His installation team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. "My call was responded within less than an hour and Mo arrived the next morning. He patiently reviewed the system and found that the coil is in a state of disrepair. Recent regulations require complete replacement of the unit; this is a major job. Mo patiently helped me evaluate the pros and cons of different products and gave me a very good offer to handle it.. In the meantime my house renters, who spent two sleepless nights in oven-hot bedrooms, got a same-day installation offer from a plumber who worked for them.
