In the past, they've installed and modified our irrigation to perfection as well. The installers didn’t make a complete mess of the property, especially when they were digging the trenches. The sod was put back nicely, which is a HUGE deal for me. And they took their shoes off to go into the basement after working in mulch, grass and dirt. "After meeting with a number of other contractors for our project, we decided to hire MD Construction. We hired MD Construction to replace the failing retaining wall in our driveway as well as installing steps to a paved pathway that leads to our yard. We met with Miguel (the owner of the MD Construction) and he is very knowledgeable with the process and materials involved. They gave us a great price and provided us with a copy of their insurance and NJ contractor’s license. When they started the work, we had very bad rainstorms the entire week, which made their job even harder. However, they were diligent and professional throughout the process and completed the project on time and within budget. The wall looks great and is an appealing improvement to the home. We will be using them again to replace our patio in our backyard."

I called them to install a gas range that I purchased elsewhere (before I found out about AD) and reinstall a dryer that some idiots from a big box store had installed improperly, leaving a gas leak. They went above and beyond for us, fixing a leaky washer hose they discovered when they went to fix the dryer and hauling off the packaging from the new stove in addition to the old unit. They installed the new stove meticulously, explained all of their work and checked and double checked to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left. On top of all that, they were efficient, professional and friendly. I could not be happier with Joel and Appliance Driven. They have a new customer for life. Anthony was easy to work with, gave me an on-the-spot estimate that was a solid $500 less than the last guy, and didn't sweat the small stuff. My only slight complaint is that his guys could have been more careful with some of the plantings, which were done in some haste. Even so, I highly recommend!!
