"Perfectly. They cleaned everything up, explained how the system worked and how often it needs attention, and hauled away the old hot water heater. They arrived on time, worked steadily, and finished before dinner time."

"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"Mike was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know all the options for replacing my water heater and did the work quickly and neatly. Will definitely be calling him again!"

"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. We will likely call this company again for any and all future plumbing needs."

"Prompt service — Daniel came out the same day to perform routine maintenance on my tankless water heater. He was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. He also gave me helpful guidance about planning and budgeting for a future replacement, which made the process feel much less stressful. I appreciated the transparency!"

"Great - the crew showed up within 24 hours and tested and removed many precious items to be cleaned. Returned everything including military uniforms in brand new condition!"

"Really great experience. Called AD3 after finding that faucet would not turn the water off after watering my lawn. Adrian answered and explained that he was on a job but he would get another plumber to come more quickly. He called back within a few minutes and said someone would be coming soon. Within 20 mins. A Diaz Plumbing van arrived and 2 very experienced and nice plumbers quickly got to work replacing the faucet! All of this occurred in less than an hour and the cost was very reasonable. Adrian Diaz and AD3 are now on my contact list. My water bill thanks them!!"

"Rubio’s Plumbing service is by far the most professional experience you will ever have when it comes to trouble shooting, repair, or a new & complete repiping service. I have used Rubio’s on a number of occasions and each one has exceeded my expectations by far. I have had my home water service repiped without any issues. This was a huge undertaking that was performed quickly and without water disruptions. I have called them back during a remodel to change my laundry service location, both natural gas and water hookup that went smoothly. Their service was so incredibly reasonable in price and the quality of service was very professional. Rubios takes pride in their work and the cleanup afterwards.
