He called in Dave with a camera and he said I needed work done in the front yard and they would dig it up and install a new piece of drain and a sleeve. He said they would use like a "claw" and it cuts away everything. They jetted it and that was all along with a sleeve. $2,000 an hour to do the work. Really high priced plus the $500 for drain cleaning. It took them three hours to do the entire job but they sat in trucks for several hours not doing work. I'm happy with the work that was done, but WAY to expensive for the amount of time it took."

Then he offered me some referrals and didnâ t charge me a dime. He said their (reasonable) fixed rate was for clearing the drain and , because he didnâ t do that, there was no charge. I was pleasantly stunned!"
