"They replaced our 2700 sq ft roof in 1 day! They did a great job overall, an extremely small piece of drywall needed to be replaced from a misstep, but not at all due to poor workmanship. "Their project manager came out on a Sunday to scope the job and confirm our decking/railing choices. Good thing he did as we made some color changes that worked out for the best. When they began tearing out the old deck they found it wasn't properly installed. They could have completed the job based on the original quote but their advice, and I concurred, was to replace the frame and footings which gave me a completely new deck and attach it to the house (which was not the case with the original deck).
