No one tried to convince me that any additional repairs or parts were needed. They were professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable dealing with them. Another plus is that if I have any other problem within 30 days there will be no service charge for them to come back and if it's for a related problem requiring parts, the original service will be applied to the cost. In fact, the only charge I was responsible for was the amount quoted on the phone call when I set up the appointment. I was impressed."
